House Rules

1. Check-In and Check-Out

1.1. Check-in time is 12:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Payment and Cancellation

2.1. Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

2.2. Cancellation policies vary based on the rate and room type selected. Please review the specific cancellation policy provided during the booking process.

3. Guest Conduct

3.1. Please be respectful of other guests and hotel staff. Loud noises and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.

3.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Narendra Central Hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

3.3. The hotel management has the right to refuse accommodation to guests under certain exceptional circumstances, including if the guest is heavily intoxicated. This is primarily for safety reasons and to maintain the decorum of the establishment. The management has to ensure the safety and comfort of their other guests and intoxicated guests may be seen as a liability, posing a risk to themselves, other guests, or the property. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management and no refund will be applicable if check-in is denied to a guest under such circumstances.

4. Pets

4.1. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees paid.

5. Security and Valuables

5.1. Use the in-room safe or deposit box at the front desk for storing valuable items. Narendra Central Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Housekeeping

6.1. Housekeeping services are provided daily. Please cooperate with our housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.

7. Damages

7.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

8. Parking

8.1. Parking facilities are available for guests. Please inquire at the front desk for parking rules and fees.

9. Dining

9.1. Complimentary breakfast is served daily for Room Guests. Please refer to dining hours and location in your room or check with the front desk.
